(ii)Submit the original and photocopy of class L B card of Shanghairesidence permit valid for more than 5 years (including 5 years)

（二）提交有效期5年以上（含5年）《上海市居住證》L類B卡原件及復(fù)印件線

提供下列之一與申請(qǐng)人身份和事由相符的證明材料

(i)Those who have won the "honorary citizen" or "Magnoliahonorary award" or "Magnolia Memorial Award" ofShanghai; The original and photocopy of relevant certificates and theletter of recommendation from the Foreign Affairs Office of themunicipal government shall be provided

(ii)The legal representative, general manager, deputy general manager andchief financial officer of high-tech enterprises, encouragedforeign-invested enterprises, foreign-invested advanced technologyenterprises or foreign-invested product export enterprises; Theoriginal and photocopy of the certificate of recognition of high-techenterprises, the letter of confirmation of foreign-funded projectsencouraged by the state, the certificate of confirmation offoreign-invested advanced technology enterprises or the certificateof foreign-invested products export enterprises shall be submitted

（二）高新技術(shù)企業(yè)、鼓勵(lì)類外商投資企業(yè)、外商投資先進(jìn)技術(shù)企業(yè)或者外商投資產(chǎn)品出口企業(yè)的法定代表人、總經(jīng)理、副總經(jīng)理、財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)；應(yīng)提交《高新技術(shù)企業(yè)認(rèn)定證書》、《國(guó)家鼓勵(lì)發(fā)展的外資項(xiàng)目確認(rèn)書》、《外商投資先進(jìn)技術(shù)企業(yè)確認(rèn)證書》或《外商投資產(chǎn)品出口企業(yè)證書》原件及復(fù)印件

(iii)The legal representative, general manager, deputy general manager andchief financial officer of the multinational company's Shanghairegional headquarters (or headquarters type institution), R & Dcenter and investment company; The certificate of the regionalheadquarters of multinational companies, the reply on theestablishment of the R & D Center issued by the MunicipalCommission of Commerce or the original and photocopy of the businesslicense of the investment company shall be submitted

（三）跨國(guó)公司上海地區(qū)總部（或總部型機(jī)構(gòu)）、研發(fā)中心、投資性公司的法定代表人，總經(jīng)理、副總經(jīng)理、財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)；應(yīng)提交《跨國(guó)公司地區(qū)總部證書》、市商務(wù)委出具的關(guān)于設(shè)立研發(fā)中心的批復(fù)或投資性公司營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照原件及復(fù)印件經(jīng)

提供下列之一與申請(qǐng)人身份和事由相符的證明材料

(iv)Foreign experts and scholars invited by domestic key institutions ofhigher learning, scientific research institutes and well-knownenterprises; The recommendation guarantee letter issued by theemployer shall be submitted

（四）國(guó)內(nèi)重點(diǎn)高等院校、科研院所和知名企業(yè)邀請(qǐng)的外國(guó)專家學(xué)者；應(yīng)提交聘雇單位出具的推薦擔(dān)保函件

(v)Foreign high-level management and professional and technicalpersonnel recognized by the competent department of talent and thecompetent department of science and technology innovation inShanghai; The confirmation letter issued by the relevant competentdepartment and the recommendation guarantee letter issued by theemployer shall be submitted

（六）國(guó)內(nèi)重點(diǎn)發(fā)展領(lǐng)域、行業(yè)引進(jìn)的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)外籍成員；應(yīng)提交上海科技創(chuàng)新職業(yè)清單所屬單位出具的推薦擔(dān)保公函、團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)人的有效身份證件及其出具的推薦擔(dān)保函件

(vii)Foreign members of the working team led by foreigners withsignificant and outstanding contributions and special needs of thecountry; Relevant supporting materials of foreigners (team leaders)with significant outstanding contributions and special needs of thecountry (such as award certificates, medals, employment certificates,etc.), valid passports and residence certificates of the teamleaders, originals and photocopies, and letters of recommendation andguarantee issued by the team leaders shall be submitted

（七）由有重大突出貢獻(xiàn)以及國(guó)家特別需要的外國(guó)人帶領(lǐng)的工作團(tuán)隊(duì)外籍成員；應(yīng)提交有重大突出貢獻(xiàn)以及國(guó)家特別需要的外國(guó)人（團(tuán)隊(duì)帶領(lǐng)人）的相關(guān)證明材料（如獲得獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)證書、獎(jiǎng)?wù)隆⑷温氉C明等），團(tuán)隊(duì)帶領(lǐng)人的有效護(hù)照、居留證件原件及復(fù)印件，以及團(tuán)隊(duì)帶領(lǐng)人出具的推薦擔(dān)保函件

(viii)Foreign high-end technical personnel with a term of five years; Theconfirmation letter of foreign high-end technical personnel issued byShanghai Science and Technology Commission shall be submitted

（八）任期為五年的外籍高端技術(shù)人才；應(yīng)提交上海市科委出具的外籍高端技術(shù)人才確認(rèn)函

（九）注冊(cè)資金在300萬(wàn)美元以上企業(yè)的法定代表人.總經(jīng)理、副總經(jīng)理、財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)；應(yīng)提交注冊(cè)資金在300萬(wàn)美元以上企業(yè)的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照或有關(guān)登記證明原件及復(fù)印件和驗(yàn)資報(bào)告

(x)Apply for work residence certificate for more than 1 year (inclusive)in Shanghai for two consecutive times and there is no violation oflaws and regulations; The applicant shall apply for the work typeresidence permit in Shanghai for two consecutive times without anyviolation of laws and regulations, and submit the original andphotocopy of the foreigner's work permit and the printed copy of theinformation in the two-dimensional code

（十）在滬連續(xù)兩次申請(qǐng)辦理1年（含）以上工作類居留證件且無(wú)違法違規(guī)問(wèn)題的；應(yīng)在滬連續(xù)兩次申請(qǐng)辦理工作類居留證件、且無(wú)違法違規(guī)問(wèn)題，并提交《外國(guó)人工作許可證》原件及復(fù)印件以及二維碼內(nèi)信息打印件照

(xi)Personnel holding class a alien work permit with a validity of 5years, and personnel holding class L Shanghai residence permit with avalidity of more than 5 years (including 5 years) and B card; Theapplicant shall submit the original and photocopy of class aforeigner's work permit or class L Shanghai residence permit with avalidity of 5 years and provide one of the following supportingmaterials consistent with the applicant's identity and reasons

持有效期5年A類《外國(guó)人工作許可證》的人員、持有效期5年以上（含5年）L類《上海市居住證》B卡的人員；應(yīng)提交有效期為5年的A類《外國(guó)人工作許可證》或L類《上海市居住證》B卡原件及復(fù)印件假提供下列之一與申請(qǐng)人身份和事由相符的證明材料

(xii)The legal representative, general manager, deputy general manager andchief financial officer of the headquarters of the privateenterprise; The certificate of recognition of private enterpriseheadquarters issued by the Municipal Commission of Commerce shall besubmitted

（十二）民營(yíng)企業(yè)總部的法定代表人，總經(jīng)理、副總經(jīng)理、財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)；應(yīng)提交市商務(wù)委頒發(fā)的《民營(yíng)企業(yè)總部認(rèn)定證書》

(xiii)For the personnel working in the new port area of Shanghai Free TradeZone, the registered place and actual business place of the employingunit shall be in the new port area of Shanghai Free Trade Zone (forthe list of units, please refer to the administrative committee ofthe new port area of Shanghai Free Trade Zone)

（十三）在上海自貿(mào)區(qū)臨港新片區(qū)工作的人員，聘雇單位的注冊(cè)地和實(shí)際經(jīng)營(yíng)地均應(yīng)在上海自貿(mào)區(qū)臨港新片區(qū)內(nèi)（單位名單可詳詢上海自貿(mào)區(qū)臨港新片區(qū)管委會(huì)）

(xiv)Foreign Chinese working in Shanghai; Overseas Chinese need to submitChinese certificate for application. Please refer to the notice ofoverseas Chinese applying for certificate
